As we expand our digital commerce footprint, we are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Amazon Operations Director to lead our marketplace presence to new heights.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Operations Director to build, oversee, and optimize our entire Amazon sales channel across European marketplaces. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the Amazon strategy, driving revenue growth, managing operations end-to-end, and building a high-performing e-commerce team. You will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping our online commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall Amazon sales and brand strategy for our Mini PC product portfolio.

Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, including account health, listings optimization, advertising (PPC/CPC), promotions, and inventory planning.

Lead and mentor a growing team of Amazon specialists, coordinators, and support staff.

Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

Set and monitor KPIs (sales, margin, traffic, conversion, ACOS, etc.) and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Oversee Amazon advertising budget, campaign structure, and ROI optimization.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.

Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies and procedures across all marketplaces.

Explore and implement expansion opportunities on new Amazon platforms or through related programs (e.g., Amazon Business).
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record (5+ years) in managing Amazon seller/vendor accounts, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Deep expertise in Amazon EU marketplaces, including platform tools, SEO, advertising, and analytics.

Strong experience in the consumer electronics, IT hardware, or related industry; familiarity with PC/Mini PC products is a significant advantage.

Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, lead teams, and drive significant sales growth.

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel/Sheets.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills in English (Latvian or Russian is a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
